As the CFO, Mark works closely with the principals of the firm in helping to chart out the firm’s financial course. He received his Masters Degree in Taxation in 1996 from Bentley University. In 1986 he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University. He received his CPA certification in 1989 and has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Mark specializes in Taxation in the area of corporate, partnership, trust, estate and individual taxation as well as business development for a variety of small businesses.
Mark currently sits on the board of a local brain injury non-profit organization and is Treasurer of the organization. He lives in Wilmington with his wife and two children where is actively involved in coaching boys and girls soccer and boys little league baseball.
