Alanna is a Senior Associate in the Client Advisory group at TwinFocus where she serves clients’ daily needs and provides administrative support.
Graced with an adept awareness for personal motivations, Alanna is an inspired ambassador for the families she advises. Instilling purpose behind her work, the solutions she expertly seeks to create are guided by the impact a decision today will have on generations to come. Analytics and examination provide the means to satisfy the question du jour, but Alanna’s clear comprehension for what a family desires their legacy to be is where she offers true counsel.
Educated in traditional wealth advisory and experienced in approaching the unfamiliar, Alanna applies a multidisciplinary skill set to achieving her client’s goals. Maintaining strong personal relationships with all parties helps smoothly guide the decision-making process.
Prior to joining TwinFocus, Alanna worked at the Harvard School of Public Health for seven years, initially in Finance & Accounting, and ultimately as a Grants Manager & Supervisor. Alanna holds her Series 65 and is a duly Registered Investment Advisor.
Alanna is a graduate of Bentley University’s five-year program where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and MBA. Her undergraduate majors were Corporate Finance & Accounting, and Global Perspectives. Her MBA concentrations were in Finance and Management. Alanna completed her Certified Financial Planning Certification Program at Boston University in the Summer of 2016 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Born in Boston, Alanna moved to Brazil at the age of three. Her first language is Portuguese and she became fluent in English as a young child. After returning to Boston with her family, Alanna attended and graduated from the prestigious Boston Latin School. Like any true Brazilian and Bostonian, she enjoys all sports from soccer to hockey and football. She is also active in several non-profits and volunteers regularly with Make A Wish MA/RI.
