The Associate is a primary point of contact for service and planning related needs for a select group of the firm’s clients.  The candidate needs to project a can-do image of the firm and be responsible for ensuring that clients’ ongoing satisfaction is met in all daily tasks.  The Associate works in a team-oriented environment with multiple service providers.  Candidates should be interested in capital markets but be committed to client service.

In addition, the candidate will work closely with the Client Advisory Team (CAT) implementing wealth transfer strategies and managing the administration of complex trust distributions and family gifting plans. TwinFocus has developed extensive financial infrastructure including multiple family investment programs and charitable entities which will require the candidate to maintain diligence with respect to details.  Integral in this is a thorough understanding of intricate cash flow models and the implementation of tax planning strategies for clients during and after changes in life events.

As an experienced member of the Client Service Team, the Associate will be expected to show initiative and self-motivation in working with minimal supervision. The candidate will grow into a role as a specialized resource for TwinFocus’s Senior Management & CAT.  In this role, we envision the candidate enable the CAT to lever daily tasks.

Progress toward a Series 65 license will be required.  Progress toward more advanced certifications, such as Certified Financial Planner, will be fully supported.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Provide high-quality, high-touch service to ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients
  • Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, custodial back office areas and other internal staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage general client inquiries and maintenance, including but not limited to: transactions, holdings, balances, address changes, new accounts, funds transfers and signatory changes
  • Coordinate and follow thru on relationship inquiry, transaction and maintenance requests across products and services, including but not limited to:
    • Account Opening
    • Transfer of Assets Processing
    • Statement Requests
    • Tax Reporting Requirements
    • Support of Online Platform

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or equivalent level of education
  • 3-5 years wealth management experience, preferably in the Ultra High Net Worth arena
  • Professional demeanor, including cheerfulness and punctuality
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and prioritizing accordingly
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of financial planning
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • FINRA licensing, especially Series 65, preferred
